Rank 2 Uktena Gift / Rank 3 Shadow Lord (Camp: Children of Crow) Gift
Uktena Gift Description: Few enemies would expect a werewolf to attack from above, which is precisely why the Uktena developed the means to do so. The Garou may hover, fly or float. Any bird spirit can teach this Gift.
Shadow Lord Children of Crow Description: As per the Uktena Gift Spirit of the Bird. The Child of the Crow is enveloped in shadows while using this Gift, making her easier to spot during the day but harder to spot at night. It is taught by a crow-spirit.
System: The player spends one Gnosis point. The Garou can fly at 20 mph and hover as she desires. The difficulties of all combat maneuvers increase by one. This Gift lasts for one hour.

In the Revised version of Tribebook: Shadows Lords, it doesn’t make any stipulation about escaping. The text (p72-73) reads:
“As per the Uktena Gift Spirit of the Bird. The Child of Crow is enveloped in shadows while using this Gift, making her easier to spot during the day but harder to spot at night. It is taught by a crow spirit.”
I have updated the Gift to include both the Uktena and Shadow Lord versions.
